Wedge Salad with Chicken

INGREDIENTS
1 head of iceberg lettuce cut into 4 pieces, (2 pieces each serving)
6 oz chicken cooked, shredded
½ cup grape tomatoes halved
4 slices bacon cooked, chopped
⅓ cup blue cheese crumbles
¼ cup blue cheese dressing
½ cup croutons
This Wedge Salad with Chicken is a spin off of the classic wedges salad but with chicken. Made with crisp iceberg lettuce wedges, drizzled with blue cheese dressing, blue cheese crumbles, bacon crumbles, cherry tomatoes and crunchy croutons. I promise you'll love it!
DIRECTIONS
Assemble 2 bowls: 2 pieces of the head of lettuce in each and half the ingredients in each bowl.
