Parmesan Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts
Servings: 4 | Prep: 5 min | Cook Time: 12 min
INGREDIENTS
1 lb. brussels sprouts
1 ½ tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
½ cup parmesan cheese shredded or grated
These Parmesan Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts are the perfect side dish to any meal. Cooking brussels sprouts in the air fryer is going to be your new favorite way to make a quick side dish.
DIRECTIONS
First, wash the brussels sprouts and pat them dry. Trim the ends off the brussels sprouts and cut them in half, lengthwise. Some people prefer to discard the loose leaves, I add them to the bowl. Those are the pieces that get nice and crispy!
Place the brussels sprouts in a bowl. Add the olive oil and stir until the brussels sprouts are well coated. Add the garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir until the brussels sprouts are well coated.
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the brussels sprouts to an air fryer basket.
Cook the brussels sprouts at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 minutes.
After 6 minutes, open the air fryer basket and give the brussels sprouts a stir, sprinkle in the parmesan cheese and gently stir the brussels sprouts until they are well coated.
Cook for an additional 5-6 minutes, or until tender crisp.
Serve & Enjoy!
