Meet Your Registered Dietitian

Hi, I’m Rachel Simson, a Registered Dietitian and owner of Buffalo Dietitian!

I’m a full-time working mom of two, juggling a career, family, and everything in between. You might know me from my weekly Aldi grocery hauls or the healthy, realistic meal plans I share on social media.

I’m from Buffalo, NY and graduated from D’Youville College with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Dietetics in 2011.

Since launching Buffalo Dietitian in 2017, I’ve helped hundreds of individuals and women build better relationships with food — and make nutrition feel doable again!
