Tortilla Pizza Rolls

Servings: 8 rolls | Prep: 10 min | Cook Time: 15 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 10” tortilla shells (feel free to use low carb)

  • 2 cups part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 56 turkey pepperonis

  • 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce

  • Oregano

  • Additional pizza sauce, optional

  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray

 

These Tortilla Pizza Rolls make for a great appetizer or meal and are kid friendly.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Lay each wrap out flat. Add 2-3 tbsp. pizza sauce, 7 pepperonis, 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and oregano. Roll the wrap up. Some of the sauce should squeeze out a little helping it stick. Repeat with remaining wraps. Place in air fryer.

  2. Spray with cooking spray or olive oil. Cook at 375 degrees for 5-6 minutes. Flip and spray again. Cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.

  3. Remove and cut into small bite size pieces.
