Marry Me Chicken Tortellini Soup

Servings: 4 | Prep: 10 min | Cook Time: 3 hours & 10 min - 7 hours & 10 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 4 cups bone broth

  • 1 cup half & half

  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • 8 oz. of mushrooms

  • 1 tsp. dried basil

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 8 oz. Cheese tortellini, tortellini

  • Fresh basil, optional

  • Fresh spinach, optional

 

This Marry Me Chicken Tortellini Soup is packed with flavor and perfect for cooler weather.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add chicken, bone broth, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, dried basil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to the Crockpot.

  2. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Shred the chicken and stir in half & half, Parmesan cheese, tortellini and spinach (optional). Cook on high for another 10 minutes and serve with fresh basil.
