1/2 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
60g avocado, diced
1 slice bacon, cooked and chopped
1 hard-boiled egg, cooked and diced
1 oz. blue cheese crumbles
Red onion, sliced optional
Bolthouse Farms Blue cheese dressing, optional
