Chicken Cobb Salad

  • 3 oz. chicken, cooked and cut into cubes

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, quartered

  • 60g avocado, diced

  • 1 slice bacon, cooked and chopped

  • 1 hard-boiled egg, cooked and diced

  • 1 oz. blue cheese crumbles

  • Red onion, sliced optional

  • Bolthouse Farms Blue cheese dressing, optional

 

This Chicken Cobb Salad is packed with flavor and protein.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add everything to a large bowl and enjoy!
