Tortellini Bake

INGREDIENTS
1 lb. Ground turkey
1 family size package of cheese tortellini
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
4 oz. Lite cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 cup part skim Mozzarella cheese, shredded
This Tortellini Bake is the perfect family meal. Also great for leftovers or meal prep.
DIRECTIONS
Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Brown the ground turkey in a large pan.
Blend the cottage cheese, sauce, pepper, salt and Italian seasoning together. Once the ground turkey is cooked through add the cottage cheese sauce to the ground turkey. Stir until well combined.
Add the cream cheese. Heat until the cream cheese has melted.
Cook the tortellini according to direction. Drain.
Spray a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray. Add the tortellini and ground turkey sauce mixture. Stir until well combined.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes. Broil at the end for 2-3 minutes. Let sit for 5-10 minutes and serve with side salad.
