  • 2 oz. (measured dry) Barilla protein plus pasta, cooked

  • 3 oz. cubed chicken, cooked

  • 1oz. Mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, quartered

  • 1 tsp. Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Garlic powder

  • Oregano

  • 1 tbsp. Low sugar Balsamic glaze

  • Fresh basil

 

This Chicken Caprese Pasta Salad delicious! Perfect as a meal or side dish. High in protein and fiber.

 

DIRECTIONS
