Berry Chicken & Spinach Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz. (measured dry) Barilla protein plus pasta, cooked

  • 3 oz. cubed chicken, cooked

  • 0.5 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled

  • 0.5 oz. Walnuts, chopped

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

  • 1/4 cup strawberries, chopped

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 2 tbsp. sugar free poppyseed dressing

 

This Berry Chicken & Spinach Pasta Salad make for the perfect summer salad. Perfect as a meal or side dish. High in protein and fiber.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy!
