Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap

Servings: 1 | Prep: 5 min | Cook Time: 10 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 high protein wrap

  • ¼ cup egg whites

  • 2 tbsp. feta cheese, crumbled

  • 2 tbsp. part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1 tsp. sundried tomato oil

  • 1 tbsp. sundried tomatoes, chopped

  • ½ cup spinach, chopped

  • Pepper

 

This Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap is a delicious dupe to Starbucks wrap but better! Pair with some fruit and you have the perfect breakfast!

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat sauté pan over medium heat. Add oil and sundried tomatoes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.

  2. Add in spinach. Heat until wilted. Add egg whites and pepper over the sundried tomatoes and spinach. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

  3. While the egg whites are cooking lay the wrap flat and add 2 tbsp. mozzarella cheese. Top with the egg white mixture. Top with feta cheese. Fold the wrap to close.

  4. Heat in the same pan for 1 minute son each side to crisp.
