Chicken Street Corn Pasta Salad

2 oz. (measured dry) Barilla protein plus pasta, cooked
3 oz. Rotisserie chicken
0.5 oz. Cotija cheese
1/3 cup roasted corn (charred it in a pan, stovetop)
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
Jalapeños, minced
2 tbsp. Cilantro avocado dressing
Cilantro, chopped
Fresh lime
Red onion - optional
This Chicken Street Corn Pasta Salad is so yummy and easy to make. Perfect as a meal or side dish. High in protein and fiber.
