Smash Burger Tacos

Servings: 8 tacos | Prep: 10 min | Cook Time: 25 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. Ground chicken

  • 8 small flour tortillas

  • Frozen sweet potato fries, 4 servings

  • Southwest salad kit

 

These Smash Burger Tacos topped with sweet potato fries are an easy weeknight meal idea the entire family will love.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Divide the ground chicken into 8 equal sized balls. Heat the Blackstone or flat top grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Place the chicken on the hot surface then, using a heavy pan or burger press, smash the flour tortilla down on top of the burger until it’s as flat as you can make it.

  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the meat is crispy and cooked through. Flip over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  4. Cook the French fries according to directions and make the salad kit according to directions.

  5. Top the burger with fries and some of the salad mix. Enjoy!
