Pumpkin Protein Donuts

Servings: 6 donuts | Prep: 10 min | Cook Time: 20 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes flapjack & waffle pumpkin mix

  • 1/2 can canned pumpkin puree

  • 1 tsp. olive oil

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tbsp. BetterBody Foods Super seed mix

  • 1 tbsp. butter

  • 2 tbsp. lite brown sugar

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

These Pumpkin Protein Donuts are perfect for satisfying that pumpkin sweet tooth.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In large mixing bowl combine pumpkin mix, pumpkin puree, oil, egg and seed mix. Stir until combined. It will be thick.

  3. Evenly divide the batter into a six silicone donut molds. Flatten the tops. Bake for 13-15 minutes. Remove from oven and leave in molds for at least 5 minutes.

  4. Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl. In another bowl combine the brown sugar and cinnamon. Brush the top of each donut with the butter and then dip in the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Enjoy!
