Pumpkin Granola
Servings: 4 cups | Prep: 10 min | Cook Time: 30 min
INGREDIENTS
3 cups old fashioned oats
1/3 cup puréed pumpkin
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup pecans, halved/pieces
1/3 cup syrup or honey
1/3 cup coconut oil or butter
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1-2 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. Cinnamon
This Pumpkin Granola is the perfect fall recipe.
DIRECTIONS
Mix wet ingredients in one bowl and dry in another. Then combine all ingredients together until well combined.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with foil or Parchment paper and sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Around 15-20 minutes flip the granola and then press the granola down on to the pan and cook for the remaining time.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before transferring into air right container.
