Chopped BLT Salad on a Bagel

Servings: 1 | Prep: 10 min | Cook Time: 2 min

INGREDIENTS

  • Everything bagel from @buff.bagels or what ever bagel you want, love their bagels for the extra protein and they are delicious!

  • 2.5 oz. chicken, cooked

  • 2 slices bacon, cooked

  • 1 Roma tomato

  • 1.5 cups romaine lettuce

  • 2 tbsp. chipotle ranch dressing

 

This Chopped BLT Salad on a Bagel is an easy and delicious lunch or dinner meal.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop the chicken, bacon, tomato, and lettuce. Add to a bowl. Top with chipotle ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.

  2. Toast the bagel and add to the bagel. It’s going to be messy but just go with it!

  3. If you don’t like the chipotle ranch dressing feel free to use mayo, ranch, blue cheese or whatever other dressing you like!
