Pizza Muffins

Servings: 16 muffins | Prep: 10 min | Cook Time: 15 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package of buttermilk biscuits

  • 1 cup pizza sauce

  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 64 turkey pepperoni

  • Basil & oregano seasoning

 

These Pizza Muffins are a favorite in our house. Really anything pizza related is a favorite in our house.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Slice each biscuit in half so it’s a thinner circle. Spray two muffin tins (yields 16 muffins) with cooking spray and place each muffin inside the muffin tin. Smoosh to form a cup.

  3. Spoon a tablespoon of pizza sauce on the dough, sprinkle of spices, then add 2 pepperonis, sprinkle of cheese, followed by 2 more pepperoni and a sprinkle of more cheese.

  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
