Pizza Muffins

INGREDIENTS
1 package of buttermilk biscuits
1 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
64 turkey pepperoni
Basil & oregano seasoning
These Pizza Muffins are a favorite in our house. Really anything pizza related is a favorite in our house.
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Slice each biscuit in half so it’s a thinner circle. Spray two muffin tins (yields 16 muffins) with cooking spray and place each muffin inside the muffin tin. Smoosh to form a cup.
Spoon a tablespoon of pizza sauce on the dough, sprinkle of spices, then add 2 pepperonis, sprinkle of cheese, followed by 2 more pepperoni and a sprinkle of more cheese.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
