Fall Sheet Pan Meal
Servings: 4 | Prep: 10 min | Cook Time: 40 min
INGREDIENTS
4 chicken sausage links, sliced
1 lb. butternut squash, cubed
1 lb. brussels sprouts, halved
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
This Fall Sheet Pan Meal is packed with fall flavor, and makes for the perfect weeknight dinner meal or meal prep.
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Toss butternut squash and Brussels sprouts with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place on prepared sheet pan.
Add chicken sausage to pan and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Toss and then add back to oven for another 15-20 minutes.
Serve as is or serve over rice.
