Pizza Pasta Casserole
Makes: 6 | Prep: 15 min | Cook Time: 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS
14 oz Barilla protein pasta
14 oz pizza sauce
½ cup part skim ricotta cheese
14 oz marinara sauce
2 cups part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
5 oz turkey pepperoni, sliced in half or quartered
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp oregano
Fresh parsley, optional
Try this Pizza Pasta Casserole for an easy dinner it has all the flavors of pizza the whole family will love!

Feel free to add veggies to the casserole; mushrooms, broccoli, bell peppers etc!
DIRECTIONS
In a microwave safe bowl add the oats and protein powder. Add just enough liquid to cover the oats and protein powder.
Stir until well combined.
Microwave for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and stir again.
Microwave for an additional 30-60 seconds. Remove from microwave and add nut butter and berries. Enjoy!
