Pizza Pasta Casserole

Makes: 6 | Prep: 15 min | Cook Time: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 14 oz Barilla protein pasta

  • 14 oz pizza sauce

  • ½ cup part skim ricotta cheese

  • 14 oz marinara sauce

  • 2 cups part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 5 oz turkey pepperoni, sliced in half or quartered

  • ½ tsp pepper

  • ½ tsp oregano

  • Fresh parsley, optional

 

Try this Pizza Pasta Casserole for an easy dinner it has all the flavors of pizza the whole family will love!

  • Feel free to add veggies to the casserole; mushrooms, broccoli, bell peppers etc!

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a microwave safe bowl add the oats and protein powder. Add just enough liquid to cover the oats and protein powder.

  2. Stir until well combined.

  3. Microwave for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and stir again.

  4. Microwave for an additional 30-60 seconds. Remove from microwave and add nut butter and berries. Enjoy!
