Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

INGREDIENTS
1 cup quick oats
2 scoops protein powder, vanilla or unflavored
1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp. Honey
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp. vanilla extract
These Peanut Butter Protein Cookies are as simple as it gets with only 5 ingredients.
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients. Dough will be thick. Make sure all ingredients are combined.
Form into 14 equal sized balls. Fork each cookie.
Bake for 12 minutes.
