  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • Filling:

  • 1/3 cup peanuts

  • 1 tsp. coconut oil

These No Bake Snicker Bites make for the perfect after dinner treat.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the base ingredients into a bowl until it forms a dough-like consistency. Press the base into silicone ice cube molds, ensuring it’s evenly spread and compacted. Place it in the freezer while you prepare the filling.

  2. Mix the filling ingredients in a separate bowl until the mixture is well combined. Spoon this mixture into each silicone ice cube mold. Place in freezer for 20 minutes.

  3. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth. Top the peanut mixture with the melted chocolate. Feel free to add some sea salt and additional peanuts to the top. Place back in the freezer for a few hours to set.

  4. Once the filling has set, pop the bites out of the silicone mold. Yields 14 bites. Store in the freezer in an airtight container and enjoy!
