Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel Sandwich

Makes: 1 | Prep: 5 min | Cook Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 BUFF Bagel Jalapeño Cheddar flavor

  • 1 egg, large

  • 1 oz cheddar cheese slice

  • 1 slice bacon, cooked

  • Spinach fresh, handful

  • ⅓ avocado, sliced

  • 4-5 jalapeños, sliced

  • Pepper, to taste

 

This Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel Sandwich is the ultimate breakfast with a spicy kick to start your day off on the right foot.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Slice the bagel. Toast the jalapeno cheddar bagel. Set aside.

  2. Heat a small pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Fry the egg with some pepper. Top with Jalapeños and melt a slice of cheese over the jalapenos.

  3. Place the egg/cheese/jalapeño on half of the bagel and top with bacon, spinach and avocado.

  4. Top with the other half of the bagel, slice and enjoy!
