Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
1 BUFF Bagel Jalapeño Cheddar flavor
1 egg, large
1 oz cheddar cheese slice
1 slice bacon, cooked
Spinach fresh, handful
⅓ avocado, sliced
4-5 jalapeños, sliced
Pepper, to taste
This Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel Sandwich is the ultimate breakfast with a spicy kick to start your day off on the right foot.
DIRECTIONS
Slice the bagel. Toast the jalapeno cheddar bagel. Set aside.
Heat a small pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Fry the egg with some pepper. Top with Jalapeños and melt a slice of cheese over the jalapenos.
Place the egg/cheese/jalapeño on half of the bagel and top with bacon, spinach and avocado.
Top with the other half of the bagel, slice and enjoy!
