This Ground Turkey Philly Cheesesteak is a lightened-up version of the traditional Philly Cheesesteak.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Brown the ground turkey in a skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Add in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, continue to cook until the turkey is cooked through and most the liquid is absorbed.

  2. Add some salt and pepper. Pour into a bowl and set aside.

  3. Add the olive oil to the skillet and heat for a minute over medium heat before adding the onions, bell peppers and mushrooms.

  4. Cook the veggies for about 5-6 minutes or until they are softened. Add the ground Turkey back in and mix everything together.

  5. Top with cheese and cover to melt.
