Greek Chicken Pitas with Tzatziki
Makes: 4 pitas | Prep: 10 min | Marinate Time: 2 hours | Cook Time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
1-pound boneless skinless chicken, diced into similar size pieces
4 pita wraps, Joesph's Pita Bread
½ Greek dressing
⅔ cup feta cheese, crumbled
½ cup tomatoes, diced
1 English cucumber, diced
4 cups greens, spinach and or romaine
⅓ cup kalamata olives
½ red onion, sliced
½ cup tzatziki, or more
additional Greek dressing
This refreshing and light, easy Greek Chicken Pita is packed with tender Greek chicken, veggies, and tzatziki sauce, all wrapped in a pita.
DIRECTIONS
Marinate the chicken in Greek dressing for 2 hours (if you don't have 2 hours let it sit for at least 20 minutes to absorb some of the dressing).
Heat a pan. Add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken pieces are cooked through, 8-10 minutes.
Assemble the wrap with all the ingredients. Enjoy!
