Fall Harvest Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz. Dry Barilla protein plus pasta, cooked

  • 2.5 oz. Cubed chicken, cooked

  • 1/3 cup roasted butternut squash

  • 1/3 cup roasted Brussels sprouts

  • 1/3 apple, chopped

  • 2 tbsp. Dried cranberries

  • 0.5 oz. Goat cheese, crumbled

  • 1 tbsp. De Nigris 1889 USA low sugar balsamic glaze

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy!
