Taco Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz. Dry Barilla protein plus pasta, cooked

  • 2 oz. beef taco meat, cooked

  • 2 tbsp. Bell peppers, diced

  • 2 tbsp. Corn kernels

  • 2 tbsp. Black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 2 tbsp. Black olives, sliced

  • 1/4 cup grape tomatoes, diced

  • 1 oz. Mexican cheese

  • Sauce (2 tbsp. Nonfat plain Greek yogurt + 1 tsp. Taco seasoning + 1 tbsp. Salsa)

  • 1/2 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 4-5 Doritos, crunched up

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy!
