Taco Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz. Dry Barilla protein plus pasta, cooked
2 oz. beef taco meat, cooked
2 tbsp. Bell peppers, diced
2 tbsp. Corn kernels
2 tbsp. Black beans, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp. Black olives, sliced
1/4 cup grape tomatoes, diced
1 oz. Mexican cheese
Sauce (2 tbsp. Nonfat plain Greek yogurt + 1 tsp. Taco seasoning + 1 tbsp. Salsa)
1/2 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
4-5 Doritos, crunched up
DIRECTIONS
Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy!
