Crunch Wrap

Servings: 1 | Prep: 10 min | Cook Time: 10 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large low carb tortilla shell

  • 3 oz. taco meat, cooked

  • 2 tbsp. Nonfat plain Greek yogurt + 1 tbsp. Hot sauce (mixed)

  • 4 tortilla chips

  • 2 tbsp. Of salsa

  • Handful of iceberg lettuce, chopped

  • 1 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 10” low carb tortilla shell cut into a smaller circle

 

This Crunch wrap is better than Taco Bell’s!

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put it together in the order of the ingredients. Lay out the large wrap, top with taco meat, hot sauce mixture, tortilla chips, salsa, lettuce, cheese and smaller tortilla shell.

  2. Heat a pan on low-med heat. Spray with cooking spray. Fold the sides over to close the wrap and place fold side down on pan.

  3. Heat for 2-3 minutes. Flip and heat for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  4. Remove from pan, cut and enjoy! Dip in salsa, guacamole, sour cream or whatever your favorite dipping sauce is.
