Cranberry Walnut Chicken Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz. (measured dry) Barilla protein plus pasta, cooked

  • 3 oz. Rotisserie chicken, chopped

  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped

  • 1/2 cup broccoli slaw

  • 2 tbsp. Walnuts, chopped

  • 2 tbsp. Dried cranberries

  • 2 tbsp. Nonfat plain Greek yogurt

  • Cumin, garlic powder, paprika and pepper

 

This Cranberry Walnut Chicken Pasta Salad is delicious! Perfect as a meal or side dish. High in protein and fiber.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt and spices together. Stir until well combined.

  2. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and top with Greek yogurt mixture. Combine until everything is well coated.
