BBQ Chicken Ranch Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz. (measured dry) Barilla protein plus pasta, cooked

  • 2.5 oz. Shredded chicken, cooked

  • 1 cup broccoli, bit size pieces

  • 1/4 cup broccoli slaw

  • 1/4 cup carrots, shredded

  • 0.5 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1 tbsp. Pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tbsp. Bolthouse Farms classic ranch yogurt dressing

  • 1 tbsp. no added sugar BBQ sauce

 

This BBQ Chicken Ranch Pasta Salad is delicious! Perfect as a meal or side dish. High in protein and fiber.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the ranch and BBQ sauce together. Combine with the remaining ingredients. Toss until well combined.
