Easy Greek Chicken Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz. (measured dry) Barilla protein plus pasta, cooked. (swap out for rice, quinoa, couscous, farro, barley, orzo)

  • 3 oz. Rotisserie chicken, chopped

  • 1/2 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled

  • 100g cucumbers

  • 85g grape tomatoes

  • 5 Kalamata olives, halved

  • Red onion (optional)

  • 1 tsp. Greek dressing

 

This Easy Greek Chicken Pasta Salad is delicious! Perfect as a meal or side dish. High in protein and fiber.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix everything together and enjoy.
