Easy Greek Chicken Pasta Salad

2 oz. (measured dry) Barilla protein plus pasta, cooked. (swap out for rice, quinoa, couscous, farro, barley, orzo)
3 oz. Rotisserie chicken, chopped
1/2 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
100g cucumbers
85g grape tomatoes
5 Kalamata olives, halved
Red onion (optional)
1 tsp. Greek dressing
This Easy Greek Chicken Pasta Salad is delicious! Perfect as a meal or side dish. High in protein and fiber.
