Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Makes: 15 | Prep: 10 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats

  • ⅓ cup protein powder, chocolate

  • ½ cup peanut butter, creamy

  • 3 tbsp. honey

  • 3 tbsp. water, or almond milk

  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips

 

These Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls taste like a Reese's peanut butter cup! They are perfect for a quick grab and go snack or just a little treat to satisfy that sweet tooth!

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add old fashioned oats, protein powder, peanut butter, honey, water, and mini chocolate chips to a large mixing bowl. You may need to use your hands to mix everything together.

  2. Roll into 15 equal sized balls.

  3. Place the balls on a small baking sheet or large plate lined with parchment paper.

  4. Place the plate in the refrigerator to chill for 20 minutes. Transfer the balls to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator or freezer.

  5. Enjoy!
