Chocolate PB Pretzel Date Bites

Makes: 24 bites | Prep: 15 min | Freeze Time: 2 hours

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 medjool dates, pits removed halved

  • ½ cup peanut butter, creamy

  • 24 mini pretzels twists

  • 1 cup chocolate, melted

  • 1 tsp. coconut oil

  • coarse salt

These Chocolate PB Pretzel Date Bites are perfect to satisfy that sweet tooth. Made with simple ingredients and simple to make.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Press each date into a silicone mini muffin pan or lined muffin pan (I find that silicone is way easier!).

  2. Layer 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on top of each date, then a mini pretzel, and then top with melted chocolate.

  3. Top with a sprinkle of salt (optional). You already get some salt from the pretzels, but I added a little more!

  4. Freeze for 2 hours.

  5. Enjoy!
