Chocolate Oatmeal Cups

Makes: 24 | Prep: 15 minutes | Freeze time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup oatmeal, old fashioned

  • 1 scoop protein powder, vanilla

  • ¾ cup peanut butter, creamy

  • ¼ cup honey

  • ½ cup chocolate

  • 1 tsp. coconut oil

  • Coarse salt

 

These Chocolate Oatmeal Cups are the perfect little treat when you have that sweet tooth or chocolate craving.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together oats, protein powder, peanut butter and honey. Press mixture into 24 mini muffins tins (no need to spray pan).

  2. Melt chocolate and coconut oil. Top each oatmeal cup with chocolate and salt.

  3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes and enjoy! Store in fridge or freezer.
