Servings: 8 tacos | Prep: 10 min | Cook Time: 10 min
INGREDIENTS
1 Ib. Ground chicken
8 small tortilla shells
4 cups of romaine lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup Bolthouse farms yogurt Caesar dressing
1/2 cup croutons
1/2 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
These Chicken Caesar Smash Tacos are so incredibly delicious. They were also very easy to make! Big hit in our house.
DIRECTIONS
Divide the ground chicken into 8 equal sized balls.
Heat the Blackstone or flat top grill to medium- high heat. Place the chicken on the hot surface then, using a heavy pan or burger press, smash the flour tortilla down on top of the burger until it’s as flat as you can make it.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the meat is crispy and cooked through. Flip over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Mix the romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, croutons and Caesar dressing together and then top the burger with the salad and additional freshly grated parmesan cheese (optional). Enjoy!
