Fish Tacos

Servings: 1 | Prep: 5 min | Cook Time: 25 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 frozen beer battered cod fillets, Aldi brand

  • 2 small flour tortillas

  • 1/3 cup purple cabbage, shredded

  • Cilantro, chopped

  • Fresh jalapenos, sliced

  • 2 tbsp. bang bang sauce (1 tbsp. On each taco), Aldi brand

  • Baby cucumbers, sliced

 

These Fish Tacos are so incredibly delicious. They were also very easy to make! Big hit in our house.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook the fish fillets either in the oven or air fryer according to the directions.

  2. Heat the flour tortilla shells on a pan until slightly crispy.

  3. Place one cut up cooked fish fillet in each shell.

  4. Top with cabbage, cilantro, jalapenos and bang bang sauce. Pair with sliced cucumbers.

  5. Feel free to use less bang bang sauce for less calories and fat OR low carb wraps for less carbs and less calories.
