Burger Bowls

INGREDIENTS

Turkey Burgers

  • 1 pound ground turkey

  • ⅓ cup breadcrumbs plain

  • 1 tsp. onion powder

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • ½ tsp. oregano

  • ½ tsp. pepper

  • ½ tsp. salt

Bowl Ingredients

  • 1 bag sweet potato fries or regular french fries, cooked (you will only need 4 servings of fries)

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce

  • ½ cup gouda cheese shredded or cheese of choice

  • 1 cup grape tomatoes quartered

  • ½ cup pickles sliced

  • 1 jalapeño seeds removed and sliced

  • 1 avocado skin removed & sliced

  • ¼ cup bang bang sauce

 

These Burger Bowls have all the goodies – crispy baked French fries, lettuce, shredded cheese, tomatoes, pickles, jalapeños, avocado and a spicy bang bang sauce.

 

DIRECTIONS

Turkey Burgers

  1. Combine the ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic power, oregano, pepper and salt. Use your hands to form into four equal sized patties. Cook (grill, stove top etc.) until internal temperature is 165 degrees.

Burger Bowl

  1. Start with romaine lettuce and then top with remaining ingredients.

  2. This meal is extremely versatile. Feel free to add or remove ingredients to your liking. Enjoy!
