Buffalo Chicken Flatbread

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Joseph’s pita bread lavash flatbread cut into, 8 squares

  • 2 servings of Real good foods Breaded chicken tenders, cooked

  • 2 oz. part skim Mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1/2 cup of Buffalo Wing Sauce and a little extra to mix with cooked breaded chicken

  • 2 oz. blue cheese crumbles

  • Scallions, chopped

  • Bolthouse Farms blue cheese dressing

 

This Buffalo Chicken Flatbread is the perfect Friday night dinner idea.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook chicken according to direction. Once cooked cut the strips into bit size pieces and toss with some wing sauce.

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay the flatbread on a prepared sheet pan or pizza tray. Bake for 4-5 minutes.

  3. Remove from oven and top each piece with 1 tbsp. wing sauce, mozzarella cheese, a few pieces of the cooked chicken and a few blue cheese crumbles.

  4. Bake for about 8-10 minutes. Broil for 2-3 minutes. Remove and top with chopped scallions.

  5. Serve with carrots and celery! Enjoy!
