BBQ Chicken Flatbread

Servings: 2 | Prep: 10 min | Cook Time: 15 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Joseph’s pita bread lavash flatbread cut into, 8 squares

  • 1 cup BBQ chicken, cooked and cut into small piece

  • 1 cup part skim Mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1 cup no sugar added BBQ sauce

  • 1/2 red onion, sliced

  • 1/2 cup Bolthouse Farms blue cheese dressing

 

This BBQ Chicken Flatbread is the perfect Friday night dinner idea.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay the flatbread on a prepared sheet pan or pizza tray. Bake for 4-5 minutes.

  2. Remove from oven and top each piece with 2 tbsp. BBQ sauce, 2 tbsp. Cheese, 2 tbsp. chicken, 2 tbsp. Cheese and some onion.

  3. Bake for about 8-10 minutes. Broil for 2-3 minutes. Remove and top with blue cheese dressing.

  4. Serve with carrots and celery! Enjoy!
