Avocado Ranch Pasta Salad with Roasted Chickpeas

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz. (measured dry) Barilla protein plus pasta, cooked

  • 3 oz. cubed chicken, cooked

  • 1/4 cup grape tomatoes, quartered

  • 50g avocado, diced

  • 1 tbsp. Cilantro, chopped

  • 2 tbsp. Bolthouse Farms yogurt ranch dressing

  • 20g roasted chickpeas

 

This pasta salad is covered in a creamy yogurt ranch dressing and tossed with crunchy chickpeas. Perfect as a meal or side dish. High in protein and fiber.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix everything together and enjoy.
