Makes: 14 logs | Prep: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 12 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 14 mini mission wraps

  • 14-part skim mozzarella sticks

  • 56 Hormel turkey pepperoni

  • ½ cup pizza sauce, additional for dipping

  • Oregano

These Air Fryer Pizza Logs are easy to make, delicious, and packed with protein! They are perfect for an appetizer, snack or turn them into a main dish with some veggies on the side.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Lay each wrap out flat. Add 1/2 tbsp pizza sauce, 4 pepperonis, a cheese stick and oregano. Roll the wrap up. Some of the sauce should squeeze out a little helping it stick.

  2. Repeat with remaining wraps. Place in air fryer. Spray with cooking spray or olive oil. Cook at 375 degrees for 5-6 minutes. Flip and spray again. Cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.

  3. Serve with carrot and celery sticks. Enjoy!
