Air Fryer Pizza Logs
Makes: 14 logs | Prep: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 12 minutes
INGREDIENTS
14 mini mission wraps
14-part skim mozzarella sticks
56 Hormel turkey pepperoni
½ cup pizza sauce, additional for dipping
Oregano
These Air Fryer Pizza Logs are easy to make, delicious, and packed with protein! They are perfect for an appetizer, snack or turn them into a main dish with some veggies on the side.
DIRECTIONS
Lay each wrap out flat. Add 1/2 tbsp pizza sauce, 4 pepperonis, a cheese stick and oregano. Roll the wrap up. Some of the sauce should squeeze out a little helping it stick.
Repeat with remaining wraps. Place in air fryer. Spray with cooking spray or olive oil. Cook at 375 degrees for 5-6 minutes. Flip and spray again. Cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.
Serve with carrot and celery sticks. Enjoy!
