Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

Servings: 6 | Prep: 20 min | Cook Time: 15 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 lb. Boneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips

  • 2 large eggs, beaten

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning (optional)

  • 2 tsp. parsley

  • Pepper

These Air Fryer Chicken Tenders are so crispy and delicious. They taste like fried chicken finger but are healthier!

DIRECTIONS

  1. Start with three bowls. Place flour in one bowl, eggs in another and in the last mix together panko, parmesan cheese, ranch, parsley and pepper.

  2. Dip each chicken strip in the flour, followed by egg and then the panko mix. Shake off excess breading.

  3. Place the chicken strips in an air fryer in a single layer (make sure no to overlap the chicken tenders, this might require bath cooking). Cook at 380 degrees for 12-15 minutes (or until chicken meets an internal temperature of 165 degrees). Flipping halfway.

  4. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
