The Best Roasted Green Beans

Makes: 4 | Prep: 5 min | Cook Time: 35 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-pound green beans

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

  • 2 tsp. garlic powder, or more

  • ½ tsp. pepper

    Optional

    • dry ranch seasoning

    • grated parmesan cheese

 

These Roasted Green Beans are literally the best, hence the name. They are a deliciously easy side dish that comes together quickly.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 400℉.

  2. Spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray. Add green beans, olive oil, garlic powder, pepper, and optional ranch seasoning or parmesan cheese.

  3. Toss everything together with a pair of tongs.

  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, tossing halfway through.

  5. Enjoy.
