Roasted Veggies
Servings: 8 | Prep: 10 min | Cook Time: 30 min
INGREDIENTS
1 head of cauliflower, cut into bit size pieces
2 large crowns of broccoli, cut into bit size pieces
4 large carrots, peeled and cut into bit size pieces
3 tbsp. olive oil
Pepper
Salt
These Roasted Veggies make for the perfect side dish for dinner or work great for meal prep.
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Add veggies to a prepared baking sheet. Toss with olive oil, pepper and salt.
Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Store in an airtight container.
Preheat in air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes! Roasted veggies for a few days!
