Chicken Parm Wrap

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 piece of red bag chicken, Aldi

  • 1 low carb mission wrap

  • ¼ cup Marinara sauce

  • 1 oz. part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • Oregano

This Chicken Parm Wrap is so incredibly yummy and easy to make.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook the red bag chicken (feel free to use real good chicken or non-breaded to decrease carbohydrates) according to directions. Air fryer is the best way in my opinion.

  2. Add 2 tbsp. sauce to a wrap. Place sliced chicken on the sauce then top with oregano, and 2 tbsp. mozzarella cheese. Fold the wrap up to close.

  3. Spray with cooking spray and cook in air fryer at 400 degrees for 2-3 minutes. Then top with remaining 2 tbsp. Of sauce and 2 tbsp. Of mozzarella cheese place back in air fryer and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  4. Enjoy with additional marinara sauce if desired. Serve with a side salad.
