Pumpkin Protein Balls

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup quick oats
1/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp. Honey
1 tbsp. Superseed mix (or a mix of flax and chia seeds)
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/2-1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp. Mini chocolate chips
These Pumpkin Protein Balls are the perfect little snack or dessert.
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
Form into 15 even sized balls.
Store in refrigerator.
