Pesto Steak Kabobs

Servings: 4 | Prep: 10 min | Marinade Time: 2 hours | Cook Time: 10 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. Top sirloin, cut into bite size chunks

  • 1 pint of grape tomatoes

  • 3 Green bell pepper cut into bite size chunks

  • 1/2 cup pesto

  • Rice, optional

 

These Pesto Steak Kabobs are full of flavor and great for grilling season.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place meat in one bowl and veggies in another. Mix 1/4 cup pesto with beef and the other 1/4 cup with veggies.

  2. Let sit overnight or for a few hours. Place on skewers, pepper, tomato, meat repeat until gone. Grill to liking. Serve as is or with jasmine rice!
