Peanut Butter Chocolate Dipped Pretzels

Makes: 48 pretzels | Prep: 20 min | Chilling Time: 2 hours

INGREDIENTS

  • 48 pretzel slims

  • ½ cup peanut butter creamy

  • 1 tsp. coconut oil

  • ¾ cup chocolate

  • Coarse salt optional

 

These Peanut Butter Chocolate Dipper Pretzels are the perfect combination of peanut butter, chocolate and salt!

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spread about 1 tsp. Of peanut butter into a pretzel and then top it with another pretzel. Repeat until all pretzels and peanut butter are used.

  2. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe dish in 30 second intervals. Dip one end of each peanut butter pretzel and place on prepared baking sheet covered with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

  3. Sprinkle with coarse salt (optional since the pretzels already have salt). Repeat with remaining pretzels.

  4. Place in fridge for at least 2 hours to allow chocolate to harden. Enjoy!
