High Protein Cookie Dough

Servings: 2 | Prep: 5 min | Freezer Time: 15 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter creamy

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt plain

  • 1 tbsp. honey

  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla

  • 1 tbsp. almond flour

  • 1 tbsp. chocolate chips or more

 

This High Protein Cookie Dough makes the perfect after dinner dessert or late-night treat and is high in protein for an added bonus!

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Melt the peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl for 20 seconds.

  2. Mix in the Greek yogurt and honey.

  3. Add the protein powder and almond flour. Mix until everything is well combined.

  4. Fold in the chocolate chips. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.

  5. Enjoy with a fruit, graham crackers, or just a spoon!
