Peanut Butter Chocolate Bowl

Servings: 1 | Prep: 5 min | Fridge Time: 20 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop powdered peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips of choice

  • 1 peanut butter cup (chopped) or other toppings of choice (your favorite candy, nuts, seeds, granola, fruit etc.)

 

This Peanut Butter Chocolate Bowl has 17g of protein and doesn’t even have protein powder in it.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small bowl mix Greek yogurt with powdered peanut butter until we’ll combined.

  2. Place chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave until smooth. Pour over Greek yogurt mixture and spread out evenly.

  3. Top with your toppings of choice. Place in fridge for about 20 minutes or until chocolate has hardened.
