Monster Cookie Balls

Servings: 22 balls | Prep: 15 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter, or any creamy nut butter

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

  • 3 tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup mini-M&Ms

These Monster Cookie Balls make for the perfect grab and go snack.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Form into 22 equal sized balls.

  2. Store in air right container.
