Crispy Chickpeas

Servings: 4 | Prep: 15 min | Cook Time: 25 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 15 oz. can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

  • 1/8 tsp. kosher salt

  • 1/4 tsp. chili pepper powder

  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin

  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

  • 1/4 tsp. ground coriander

  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder

  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

These Crispy Chickpeas are the perfect healthy snack idea. Packed with protein and fiber.

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place the chickpeas on a plate lined with paper towels. Pat dry. Make sure they are completely dry.

  2. In small bowl combine all dry ingredients. Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees. Place half the chickpeas in the air fryer in s single layer. Cook, shaking the basket every 5 minutes, until crunchy all the way through and golden brown on the outside, about 12 minutes.

  3. Transfer chickpeas to a medium bowl. Lightly spray all over with olive oil and immediately toss with half of the spices. Repeat with the second batch. Store in airtight container.
